Very dissapointed

The trend now on hello peter is that the businesses do reply to hello peter saying the will call the upset customer but they dont... i have received no call from Cell c in a month of my third complaint regarding the same issue.
they promissed me Extra DATA on my prepaid account 4 months ago and i did not receive it at all...
I have made 12 calls in total to their customer services dept but all in vain. No one helps me they just pass on the buck and give me reference numbers like its going out of fashion i demand that sum 1 fix this or i want my whole payment of my prepaid data bundle refunded contact me today on 0828602121
