Have had problems with this phone from the start. They have sent me from pillar to post with this. Suggested I buy a new simcard R140 later still not working. Then phoned the tecbnicians at Head Office who tried a few online techniques and they confirmed that it was definately a handset fault. Went back to Autopage Blaauwberg and was told there was nothing they could do except to sent the handset away to their head office for appraisal. Handed in the handset 13 February 2013 @ 12h31. Requested a loan phone as this handset was actually my business phone was told they were unable to assist but they would try and assist to get this handset returned to me quicker. Phoned today 25 February 2013 and they advised that the handset was sent and they have had no feedback. Suggeste I call 086 123 2424. Upon phoned this number and going throught the numerous options was told by computer that my phoned had been sent to their technical department. I then managed to get hold of an operator who checked up on this for me and informed me that the phone had only been despatched from Blaauwberg branch on the 22nd of February 2013. I am still without a phone although I am paying for this service.
