I was due for a upgrade and while on holiday I did my upgrade in Durban, I upgraded from a weekend package to a Top Up 200 starting beginning November I had more than 380 free min left starting the new contract Vodacom these minutes. When reporting it on Friday the 1st I spoke to a girl called Wendy she gave me a ref number3541268846 and transferred me to her Snr called Richard who listen to my complain and gave me a ref number S3-T6P3U-UFZ1S and said they will investigate and come back to me within 24hours I as well has received a sms confirming. I then also received a sms from a person called Ivon Nditsheni Silima confirming that they will get back to me today is Monday the 4th and no one yet has contacted me.
