I got my New Lumia 925 on Friday Afternoon. Went home opened the box and immediately tried to use the Wireless charging functionality, which did not work. I took the Phone and everything else back to Nashua Mobil's Head Office Shop and was assisted by Gerhard. They also tested the Phone and wireless charger and came to the conclusion that the Wireless charging cover is faulty.

As they did not have stock Gerhard promised to give me feedback today on the Progress of the back cover and the accessories that I did not get, and he called me twice today already to let me know how things are progressing.

I am delighted with his service and mannerisms, well done keep it up
