Lumia 920 wireless charging plate no stock?

My fiance went to MTN Cresta for a new contract on 6 April 2013. There was a special on the Lumia 920 where you get a free wireless charging stand with it and in the pamplet the fine print reads "while stocks last". There is also a little asterisk next to the wireless charging stand that says "colours may vary - depending on availability". When I asked the lady who helped us for the charger, she said they're out of stock because they were used in a previous promo.

Why does MTN buy the phones but not the accessories that go with the deal? Only buy ten wireless chargers and 100 phones? If you advertise an item with a phone, at least make "while stocks last" a fair statement. Rather say "only the first three customers will get one". I actually doubt ANYONE got a free charger!

I demand that MTN give her a wireless charger free of charge as this is what was advertised. CPA definitely seems to apply here, and C&OE does NOT, so don't try this one...

In addition, she is STILL waiting for her SIM to be active. The lady in the store says she did RICA it, so now if the phone is defective once the SIM is active, how can we return it within 7 days if we've already been waiting for 5?
