I renewed my cellphone contract at Nashua in sandton city last week Friday. I was supposed to receive 2 covers with the contract, but they didn't have stock. The lady who did the renewal said she would call me latest by Tuesday. I never received a call and when I called the sandton city store numerous times today, it simply rang and nobody answered. I then proceeded to call the 412412 national number whereby the consultant said he would try sandton, but he is aware they don't answer their phones. How is this possible? Why is there a number for the store on the website if nobody answers??? The call centre guy said he would get back to me by the end of today, but by 4:30 when I still had not received a call from him, I called back. Another agent answered and said malondi, the first guy i had spoken to, was on his way out the building, but he would se I he could catch him before he left. I find this service level appalling as now that I signed and got the contract, the service quite frankly is. Numerous issues here: no stock, no call from store, store does not answer phone, call centre also terrible.what is a consumer to do?
