I purchased an I Phone contract for my son in December 2012. Nashua Mobile didn't have stock of the car charger which was supposed to be part of the deal but said they would call my son when they got them in. My son has called them and gone into the shop in Fourways Mall on and off since January and today when he went in, he was told once again that they still don't have stock! The staff are incredibly unhelpful and have a very lethargic 'couldn't care less' attitude. Porsha is very disappointing and certainly doesn't lead by example. She talks or plays on her phone while attending to customers which is simply not on! I spoke to Porsha around the same time for a credit that was due on the contract as Nashua Mobile had overcharged me. I called a few times to follow up and went into the store but have since given up on that one. One would think that with the competition out there in the cell phone industry, suppliers would ensure that the customer experience at store level would be pleasurable and not a huge irritation! (My son refused to leave today until they had given him the car charger. They eventually purchased one from another cell phone store in the Centre.)
