Still debiting me after contract is cancelled

I've been dealing with Chris Barnard via email to cancel my contract. He explained to me my last payment will be on the 01/09/13. I then was debited on the 1st of October and phoned him. He said there was an issue with the system and he will get it sorted out. Two weeks passed and I still didn't receive a refund, so I emailed him. He got back to me and said the billing department is going to sort it out. I then got debited AGAIN on the 1st of November and never received a refund for October.

I just want my R644 back and the debit order removed.
