Data bundle not added

I've just upgraded and did a sim swap. I'm on the top up 400s contract. I had just over R380 on my phone. I tried loading R100 data on my phone but instead of getting data i only got R100 subtracted from the available R380. Now i sit with R283 and no data. Please can you assist on this error.
