Terrible Terrible Terrible Service!!!

Well, it is with absolute disappointment and frustration that I am sending this email to you.
Ram collected my phone on 29/10/2013, and today, 1/11/2013 I went to the Vodashop in Mall@reds to do the upgrade - WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CANCELLED BY NOW - just to find out that my contract is NOT cancelled and that Vodacom is waiting for RAM to send them a return number. The woman at UPGRADES, where you referred me to - Thokosile - doesn't know ANYTHING about this and STILL I DON'T HAVE A *&%$#@ PHONE!!! PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT SHE CONFIRMED THAT THE PHONE IS WITH VODACOM. Please also note that she is waiting for RAM to give her a RETURN NUMBER. How on earth does this make sense? How on earth is this my problem?

It has now been a record breaking 46 days.

And then you send me an email to say that you see this matter as resolved. Resolved my @#$%&! If this is resolved to you, please let someone else, more competent and client centric, phone me, or please be so kind to forward their telephone numbers to me.

In my opinion, this is the worst service I have ever received.
