Misrepresentation to sell contract & no feedback

On Tuesday, Curtly called me to offer me discounted airtime. He said nothing would change, just that they would debit my account for the airtime at a discounted rate. Later I noticed that I have no BIS. Wednesday I called customer service & was informed that I'm now on contract so BIS fell away & if I want BIS I must purchase it again. I argued that I was not informed of that & that I want it back. They said I need to cancel contract and call Vodacom Direct to sort it out as they sold the product to me. Yesterday I spoke to Togo explaining the above -she put the request through to cancel the contract. I asked about the BIS &she said there's nothing she could do. I asked for a Manager &was told they're in a meeting. I requested that a Manager call me &Togo said her Manager, Jackie, would call me on the same day. NO ONE CALLED. At 11h27 today I called again &an agent told me that it takes 2days for them to process my complaint &I must call tomorrow to follow up. WHY MUST I CALL TO FOLLOW UP?! I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RECEIVE MY EMAILS, USE BBM, WHATSAPP &INTERNET FOR 3DAYS NOW! CURTLY ALSO GAVE MY NO. TO "DOUBLE DEALS" WITHOUT MY CONSENT &CONVERTED MY TALKING POINTS INCORRECTLY!
