They don't want to give me my Iphone back

I took my Iphone to cell c in Kolonade for Repairs, they then send it to midrand and tol me to come bk after 21 working days, I went the 6 times already they keep telling me to come the next day, as they continue to come up with stories everytime I go the, yesterday I was told that the repair truck was high jacked, of which it is obviously, the mananger showed no care in the world about what's happening with my phone, he keeps making calls talking to people on his phone, I'm now paying for a phone that I haven't usd over a month now, I have no idea what is going on, all I want is my phone bk, and they even told me the second time I went the that they are actually replacing my Iphone and giving me a new one, I don't understand how that takes a month..
