On the 19th Jan 2013, I sent an email enquiring about itemized billing for one of my ControlChat 50 contracts; I was being charged R71.50 when I should have been charged R50. Johannes Lekalakala responded that I was not being charged for itemized billing. She did not try to assist by explaining why I was being charged R71.50.

So I sent another email specifically asking why I was being charged an increased amount. Lungile Ntuli responded and told me the same thing that Johannes had said even though I included Johannes' response in the email. Lungile did not investigate the charge as I requested and no assistance has been given to correct this. I was very specific in my email about what type of assistance I required. Moreover, I requested a reference number (standard business practise really) so that I could take the matter further is need be and still there was no reference number.

The level of service is disgusting. Either no one understands what to do or no one is interested in actually assisting. It's quite apparent that staff need to be trained! And always provide a reference number! How more primitive could Cell C be?
