Taking forever to get back to me

Im in the process of getting a new contract, Vodacom gave me too many problems, so I was hoping Cell C could give me a better service.

I went into the store to apply for a new contract, specifically the iPhone 5 for R399. I have filled in the forms, given copies of all my personal documents ie bank statements, payslips etc. I was told that I would be called shortly to confirm my order.
They said that I would have to be on a waiting list to get the phone, which is fine, but I never thought it would take this long to confirm my contract order.

If someone could please call me to confirm my order and to give me reasonable expected date I can get my phone.
