Overcharged on cell phone account

I have two cell phone contracts with MTN, one on top up and the other on normal contract which has a limit of R1, 500. They deducted R1, 000 for the top up contracts which was supposed to be R315 and deducted R5, 120 for the contract which has a limit of R1, 500. Now they have blocked my phones, I can't make calls.
I dont know where these ridiculous amounts are coming from
