I am entitled to receive monthly statements and invoices but I have not received my statements for 2 months now and the debit orders have been running. However, if I were to miss one payment the phone calls will not stop! Safe to say the service I have received since taking out the contract last July has been pathetic and as soon as the contract reaches 24 months I will be cancelling and moving to another network.
