Tricked into a contract

My I'd no 770919 5826 085 and the mobile number I'm complaining about is 0614716309.I was called three weeks ago by a Telkom agent and she offered. me a very good deal, were I would get 100 SMS, 5GB of data all network, 100 minutes and 10GB of full speed Wi-Fi. To my surprise I only received everything except for that 5GB of data, they only gave me 150MB.
I feel I was tricked into taking this contract and I feel this it's not a biding contract.
