Exceptional service

Despite all the complaining one always hears about Telkom, I've had nothing but exceptional service from them. Every call to 10210 was answered within 3 minutes. My first call to setup a telephone line was a breeze and within a week a friendly technician arrived on the agreed day and set up my line.

I decided a few days later that I wanted DSL, so I went to the Telkom shop where I was once again given excellent service and offered a great bundle which was not advertised any more. The line was activated and ready to go just 3 hours later! I even received a 3G dongle with 200Mb per month as a failover should anything go wrong with the DSL.

I have seldom experienced such great service in this country. Thanks a million guys. Keep it up.
