I have never seen such pathetic service in my ENTIRE life. No wonder Telkom is struggling.

On 25 October TYelkom Mobile phoned me to confirm whether I want to signup for their R499pm LTE deal. This is after 2 whole weeks of waiting after applying online.

They then deducted a debit order sommer the next day.

And then the fun of delivery started.

I was promised by them, 4 times that the courier company, IT Courier would contact me BEFORE delivery.

That has NEVER HAPPENED; despite me calling Telkom, calling IT Courier 14 times!!! and being promised they would confirm delivery. They have tried to deliver to my HOME ADDRESS (AFTER I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOT TO)

You, your courier company, your staff and this whole mess has left me wanting to cancel this deal. Pathetic beyond belief!!

Our countries education system is finally starting to let us down. People CLEARLY CANT READ or WRITE!!
