I signed up with Mtn for a top up and normal contract, whereby on the top up there was an agreement of a certain amount will be allocated each month. That has not happened instead it's lower than the agreed amount. On the other contract it has been not active for a couple of weeks, whereby am inconvenienced in being to make calls even to emergency calls or Mtn customer service, what kind of service is it. i regret taking a contract with them. Now i have to go out of my way to contact them for their incompetence.
