Cell C
PAYING FOR NO SERVICE

I went to Cell C in Centurion over a year ago and the consultant that helped me informed me that I have 3G reception in the area where I stay. After taking the offer and signed the contract I went home and since could not get any communication where I stay. I went back to them on numerous occasions and they told me again that there is coverage and make as if I am the one that is stupid. When I went back again later I was informed that they can not cancel my contract and that I have to wait until the contract expires. I went to them again two weeks ago and the arrogant consultant laughed at me and just pulled up his shoulders and said he can not assist as I have to wait for my contract to expire. In the mean time I pay every month now for the last year and a half without any service. I asked him how I will be refunded for not using any of the 2Gig I do not use every month and he said sorry for me but I'm going to loose it. This is the worst service I've seen in my entire life!
