BILLING OF THE SERVICES I AM NOT USING

I have took a contract with Vodacom in July this year and decided to cancel as within a period of 14 days. I am still getting billed even if the phone is returned to vadacom. I am writing this to you knowing very well that vodacom takes their time in attending queries like this meanwhile preference i given to those that applies for the new phones to get ripped.

I am asking for help as this would never stop any time son.
