I HAVE 4 DIFFERENT REFERENCE CODES AND DESPITE QUOTING THEM IN CORRESPONDENCE TO MTN, STILL NOTHING GETS DONE!! NO HUMAN I SPEAK TO AT 0831809 OR 1831808 IS INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO HELP ME. NO-ONE AT THE FOUR BUSINESS EMAIL ADDRESSES I'VE WRITTEN TO IS BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO MY LETTERS THAT MTN STAFF HAVE TOLD ME TO WRITE AND SEND IN. SO WHAT DO I DO NOW? MTN IS IN BREACH OF ITS CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS TO ME! MUST I DEMAND A RESPONSE? OR THREATEN MTN WITH MEDIA EXPOSURE? OR PERHAPS I SHOULD JUST STOP PAYING MY BILLS AND SEE HOW QUICKLY SOMEONE GETS OFF THEIR TO HELP ME PROPERLY??? THIS IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND MTN SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! I'M BEING IN MY BILLINGS ON THE ONE HAND, AND CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE OF INTELLIGENCE ON THE OTHER HAND. WHY THEN DOES MTN EXIST? I'M AT A POINT WHERE CANCELLATION OF MY 23 YEAR CONTRACT IS LOOKING MORE ATTRACTIVE THAN HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS DAY IN AND DAY OUT.
