Logged a Ticket for a call back, Been over 7 hours,
Called Call Centre, Waited in Queue for over 30 min!!! Just to get a agent put the phone down in my ear.
Extremely slow speeds for a Business ADSL Uncapped account 4 Meg downloading at 10KBps,

Unable to do any work today Because of Useless Support/Call Centre.
