Chronic faulty adsl

If Afrihost had to pull my records of support queries it would be at least 10 if not more in the last couple of months. This service is becoming ridiculous now. My connection drops for hours almost everyday and ALWAYS on weekends! I require adsl as mobile broadband speeds are terrible in my area. Every time I send a support query they reply late and tell me the same thing over and over: "We have recreated the ports and your connection should be fine now. Please restart your router" - this is NOT how to fix my problem! I pay money to use the line so if this happens so often, surely someone should wakeup and find the cause!

This service is very unreliable! What's the point of having a 4mbps uncapped account when you can barely use it?
