Failure to respond to multiple tickets

Experiencing problems with internet connection (4MB, Business, uncapped). Intermittently unable to Skype, or browse the web. Contacted Afrihost on the 25th of September 2013 because of these internet problems.

At first they responded promptly, but I was unable to immediately address the matter and only responded on the 10th of October. I then got no response and struggled for 7 days for someone to just look at my first query (ticket).

By October 19th someone gave me a bunch of tests to perform. Again, I wasn't able to immediately address the problem as the tests involve breaking the internet connection and the internet connection is for a business, which makes it difficult. I responded the 14th of November with the test results and haven't received any reply from Afrihost regarding that specific ticket (logged on the 19th of October).

Since the 14th of November I've logged additional queries, to which people respond promptly, but as soon as I reference the ticket number, they stop responding. Afrihost has failed to even acknowledge that they received my test results and the internet connection continues to experience intermittent interruptions, and slow connection speeds
