I went to Vodacom4u shop on Monday 28-Jan-2013 to pay my account and they referred me to a small window, there were two white ladies standing next to the window helped by this Welheminah so I sat on a chair and waited for them to finish. I sat there for almost 10 - 15 minutes and finally the ladies were done and it was my turn to stand by the window and pay. I greeted her and told her that I needed to pay my cellphone account and she responded by telling me that she's on lunch, I should wait for someone who was out by then to come and help me. Well I went to this other guy who also works there and asked him to provide me with the Easy Pay number so that I can go pay at Pick n Pay. This Welheminah woman was busy asking her other colleagues when that other person was gonna come back... after that she came to me, told me to come pay coz she didn't know when that person will come back and I refused coz the guy was already helping me. He wrote the number down for me, when I get to PicknPay the number was Account number instead of Easy Pay number and it was not useful at PicknPay! Vodacom people have bad customer service (especially this one) and it's not the first time I experience this..
