Extreamly bad business ethnics

I logged into my account online...

to my surprise i am reflecting as a customer in LEGAL PROCESS!!! im am extremely upset!!! and will be taking the legal action against vodacom. this has affected my credit record and explains why i have had so much problems buying my vehicle!!! i am sick and tired of been bullied and thrown around by vodacom!! and having empty promises given to me...

this has been an on going issue with vodacom since 2012!!!

i would love!!! to see the useless effort on this... i will be taking full action.

i have 3 contracts with vodacom and get service... am i not important to you???
by the way this is concerning my laptop contract... to make it easier its the 076 number...
