Terrible service

I took in my husbands galaxy tablet for repairs to the hatfield vodacom repairs and a man named vikhile gave me a job number and said that we would be contacted with quotation before any repairs would be done. They sent a message 2 days later with R1500 quote. My husband called and explained that it was still under warranty. The manager Cynthia said she rectify the situation and would send the tablet to samsung. In The meantime they repaired the tablet without consent and expected payment. I went to he shop to enquire the progress I the job because I had heard nothin about it. When asked why we were not informed, vikhile was extremely rude. I video recorded his behavior with my iPhone and he eventually grabbed my phone and flung it. I would like to air the video on the net for people to witness his actions. I would like for his superiors to be contacted first to handle the situation but I would like to know who to complain to as the manager was not interested in helping at all while I was there.
