I applied for a package on the 18/10/2013. Received the sms to confirm the details. Today, 29/10/2013 I have called to collect but after my fifth call for the last week, the agent said it was cancelled. Not one of the five agents communicated that there was a problem but today. I want the deal because I have been pushed around for all this time with no real joy.
