I posted my previous issue to get a better result in communicaton. I finally spoke to a Telkom agent who was not willing to listen to my frustration about the poor service and bad communication, all because I had received the package, after I did all of the running around myself. All the agent care about was "if the package was received". The matter of concern is that the communication about this process was bad, I was given poor customer service, and I had literally wasted so much time trying to get something I should have received help with from my service provider in the first place.

A compliment to Veruschka in N1 City branch for excellent Customer Service and good communication. She did an outstanding job at assisting me.
