I have had two 8ta cellphone contracts, which was never used due to the poor network service. I was told I could not terminate my contract according to the contract. I had to pay for two cellphone contracts although I did not enjoy the service. I then tried to cancel these contracts on the dates that they came up for renewal, only to be given a run around. with my account still being debited to date. Trying to get ahold of the initial people that assisted me is a nightmare. My advice to anyone who wishes to take an 8ta contract is to think twice... they are one under handed company with staff that operate in the same manner it is sad that a company thinks that they operate above the law.
