Frustrated beyond belief!!

I just wasted 15 minutes of my time with your call centre! 081180!! NO ONE could help me and i kept getting transferred!!! Eventually i got transferred to someone in telkom that ONLY deals with landlines and has NOTHING to do with your mobile department!!! I just wanted to find out the status of my order and why the courier company hasn't contacted me seeing as i was told they would??? seeing as you guys have ALREADY debited my account!!!
