Empty promises by manage

In August, R132 was supposed to be debited out of my account but instead R1912 was taken. I logged a complained with the manager and he promised I'll get my money back within a week or so. This never happened. I went there several times and he promised same thing. It's end of October now and I still don't have my money back.
