Damaged goods delivered and empty promises

I bought a toscana 3 bedroom suite in December 2012, the delivered it with broken mirror and peeling headboards. The mirror was taken back on spot with the promise to deliver it soon, that has never happened. we logged a complaint or query on the 26 December 2012 with the branch nothing was done, then i called the head office i poke to Leroy who promised to sort it out, the woman by the name of Adele warehouse manager from Pietersburg promised that they will deliver on the 08 February 2012, never happened, i called Leroy back he said he'll sort it out but then nothing happened. i had been sent from one point to another, i'm tired i want my full refund back and you can come take your furniture back. tell me what to do now, i'm tired of promises and incomptent people. one thing for sure i will never make that mistake of buying anything from this store or its subsidiaries. its been 2 months now without a solution to my query.

i have nothing to say anymore i want my money back, next stop its the ombudsman or court
