Please see pervious correspondence account K0039706. I am not happy with this reply and I want a refund for the overcharges why must I pay for your staff's lack of knowledge and giving incorrect information about how the contract works. I will take this further if I do not get a full credit for charges over the R149 per month, this is the second time I have been charged for something that was incorrect. please. Madeleine Clucas
