Runaway charges for data that we did not use!!!

I have been calling Cell C continuesly to help me! And nobody is doing anything to help me - since October 2012.

I am being charged for data over and over again that i am not using. We even have proof that the sim card is laying next to the phone and then we still get charged for data. The minute we reconnect the VPN it happens again. We have not subscribed to any sites we shouldn't and we have BIS that we pay for monthly!!

We need to understand why this is happening and make sure it doesn't happen any longer! I would like a refund for the huge charges that have gone off my bank account, and then I am happy to settle the outstanding amount, excluding the overcharges for data that I never used. I need confirmation before this payment that the credit rating complaints have been removed as I have never had any bad credit rating in my life!!!
