MTN Didnt Bother Contacting me

I booked my nokia c7 in for for repairs at the MTN ROSEBANK BRANCH, my contract was passed its warranty and I acknowledged that with the service agent. My phone was booked in and sent away for repairs and the lady told me that mtn would phone me and quote me on the repairs. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL and i had to return to the rosebank branch only to find that my phone was returned and cannot be fixed because it is too old!! The phone is 24 months old, this is unnacceptable as MTN didnt even bother contacting me and couldnt bother trying to fix my phone.
