Cheated out of my sms bundles

On Wednesday around 9:30pm I bought R29 airtime to purchase 30sms bundles for R25. I purchased them, only did not receive my smses if anything the rest of my airtime was taken with every sms I sent. Thursday morning around 7:30 I called Vodacom customer care and was given service request no of S3-T4K19-9M301 and was promised to be contacted within 24hours. Same day around 14:00 I called just to check how far they are with my query, only to be put on hold for 30min. I then decided to send them an email. I got a respond from Toufeeq stating that my query was still been investigated and I will get the respond soon. The whole day went still no respond. Friday I sent them an email informing that I will be leaving Vodacom and placing this issue on hellopeter. I then got a call from Bradley George assuring me that I will be called by them team to explain how far they are. I still didn't get anything from them to date. I am so disappointed with Vodacom I am seriously considering taking my business else where. I have two contracts with Vodacom and this is the thanks I get for making them my 1st choice
