Upgrade without my consent

I had an option to upgrade on one of my accounts - i said to the lady no thank you! Il go have a look and decide and if i want to upgrade il go to a vodashop or she can phone me later! I got a phonecall the next week from a guy with a attitude telling me that he wants to know where i work so he can come deliver my phone. THAT I DID NOT ORDER no there is a new contract out on nmy name THAT I DID NOT WANT because my contract is expiring in Jan
