Disappointed with MTN’s commitment to keep Clients

Telecommunications

I am disappointed with MTN's commitment to keep their clients. I have been a client with MTN for a number of years and do have several contracts open with them. My anytime750 contract is ending at the end of November and I need to renew my contract. I currently have a surplus of -R4300 of airtime on my contract and wanted to downgrade to an anytime350 contract, however MTN informed me that I will lose the R4300 of airtime if I downgrade to a lower package even though I have paid for it.

There is now no reason for me to stay with MTN as their packages are not as attractive as Cell C's current deals and because I will lose out on my airtime that I have built up over the last two years.

I would appreciate it if MTN's management would contact me on 078 893 8826 to explain to me how this issue makes any business sense at all, if not I am moving my business to Cell C.

Regards
Mr Steyl
