I have phoned Virgin twice now because my airtime is finished but I have an open contract, so I should be able to go past this amount and get billed at the end of the month.
The consultant I spoke with Friday a week ago ensured me that the relevant party who can fix this problem will only be in office on Monday. Today is Monday a week later and I still can't make calls or send SMSes.
I am fed up with Virgin Mobile, I have never had good service.
