I don't understand after receiving my account, I had a data charge of R203.45 (downloading 1.3gigs) for duration of 239909 sec (over 66 hours), after inquiring about this I was told its valid and cannot be told what it was for. I checked the internet browser history on the phone for that day and no downloads done. Only sites like facebook and citymob were visited. No app downloads were done. I find this ridiculous that NOTHING can be done to help me without going to court. I am very unhappy with the reaction I am receiving from Cell C, and cannot except this. Just goes to show that going for a cheaper option ALWAYS works out more expensive.
