MTN's lack of commitment to keep their clients

Telecommunications

I am going to post the message again seeing that MTN has not responded to my first message on 28 October.

I am disappointed with MTN's commitment to keep their clients. I have been a client with MTN for a number of years and do have several contracts open with them. My anytime750 contract is ending at the end of November and I need to renew my contract. I currently have a surplus of -R4300 of airtime on my contract and wanted to downgrade to an anytime350 contract, however MTN informed me that I will lose the R4300 of airtime if I downgrade to a lower package even though I have paid for it. I therefore see no reason why I should to support MTN and continue with a new contract if they force you to forfeit savings from my current contract.

I challenge MTN's management team to explain to me how this makes any business sense at all, my contact details are 078 893 8826. If not I am moving my business to another service provider.

Regards
Mr Steyl
