Autopage
No corresondence, PERIOD!

I had 2 contracts with Autopage. I chose not to renew them last year. I called the contact centre to advise them of this and I asked if there was anything owing on the account. I was told that there was nothing owing.(Please listen to the coice recordings to verify this). Last week I applied for a homeloan and it was turned down because Aupopage listed me for R350 owing to them. I called the contact centre on 25/10 at 11:45 and spoke to Bettie. My gripe is that Autopage did not send me any correspondence about this yet proceeded to blemish my credit record and list me. Bettie said that she had no explanation and that she would get Credit Control to call me. Unsurprisingly Autopage has not called me back and continues to leave me in the dark. In the meantime I lost out on purchasing a home I really liked.
