Good day,

i pray someone who is willing and knows how to do his/her job to help me, i am extremely feedup about the level of service i keep on receiving from this service provider (nashua mobile), i cancelled my cell phone contract begginning of september 2013 at the centurion branch, a guy by the name of tyron i think, who promised me that if i cancel with immediate effect they will not debit my account on the 27th september, i filled the form that he gave me with my mother s details as she is the contract holder and im the payer, then on the 27th of september my account gets debited i called the call center and im told i need to serve a month notice, totally unaceptable as i was promised that they will deduct, what makes it worse is again on the 27 0f october another debit order just few days after i got a call from tyron and told me that they will cancel and to confirm wtih my mother, till today i havent heard from him, i need this thing cancelled and two debits refunded also with proof, withing 48 hours, im taking it further.had enough, will make sure i spread this to the intire media and everyone i know will never set foot in your branches.
