You should remove this man from customer services. I went to Edgars with my wife yesterday and had a permission letter to purchase on her mother's account. All the relevant documentation that was requested previously for the same arrangement by another store was obtained and was presented. Mr. Molefe Mokone was on the phone with someone (one could tell it was not a business call and Edgars was paying for that call).

In any event, he had no solution, he only presented problems despite the fact that it was previously done on another store before, we even offered for him to use the details he had on the system to confirm the validity of the letter and the details provided. He was only very EAGER to return to his private phone call while sitting at a Customer Services Desk. That is really pathetic.

Following this, I requested to speak to the store manager and was told that he was out of the store. This again tells me that the problems start at the top and affects everyone else. Again a few minutes ago, I tried to contact the store manager, he is not available, the assistant store manager is also not available (I wonder if they are also busy on private phone calls)? Pathetic!! :(
