Overbilling of Account due to Fraudalant 3rd party

To whom it may concern,
I would like to report that my mobile service provider Autopage has allowed a 3rdparty company to access my account with them through my cellphone no. and ' illegaly' deduct funds from my account without my consent or notification. When I addressed my overbilled account by Autopage, they inform me that this activity is normal and that I must take up this matter with the 3rd party company named Integrat to reimburse me, not them. Autopage exempts themselves from taking any responsibility for this and says this normally happens to their customers without their control. This reason from them is unaccepatable, since in my opinion they are failing their customers and placing them at risk from fraudalent activities on their accounts. I did not sign an agreement with Integrat but with Autopage. Why then is Integrat not billing me directly if they claim I used their service. I demand that this matter be investigated and resolved asap as this is not the first time a transaction of this nature has happened to me with Autopage. I am very displeased and demand an immediate reimbursement, and thereafter I want to discontinue my membership with Autopage with immediate effect
