Afrihost - Ahead of the pack

I would like to take a moment to compliment Afrihost for being the best and most pleasant ISP I have ever worked with. There are so many reasons that come to mind, but here are 5:

1) Billing is accurate and convenient. Any disputes are quickly looked into and resolved. Payment options are also convenient and make bill payments a breeze.
2) Contact is easy, with numerous contact options available (I particularly love the ability to SMS and get called back shortly thereafter - goodbye long phone queues!). The contact staff are knowledgeable, honest and friendly and always willing (and able) to assist.
3) I ordered a Mobile Wifi device and was astounded with how quickly it arrived. It was so long before the agreed upon date that I thought it was something else the courier was delivering!
4) The special offers, competitions and incentives keep the customers happy. I have easily convinced numerous individuals and 2 businesses to switch from inferior ISPs.
5) The products all offer incredible value for money, normally leaving the competition way behind.
