Close contract with MTN

As a contract customer with MTN for the last three years, 2013 has been a difficult one for me with MTN due to a number of problem's I've had with MTN . This latest problem is the peak of them all which brings me about to the resolution of closing the contract. On the 21th of October 2013 my phone was block showing MM6 code which means that the phone has been black listed. The following day which was on the Wednesday I went to the MTN store in gate way Durban to resolve this matter and I was told that another mtn customer had black listed the phone in cape town mtn store giving them same IME number as my phone.
